New project near completion

Well, here it is, after months of putting it together and making my own oil line late tonight, my aluminum framed YZ307F is almost ready to ride. I went with the retro graphics, all I need is the seat to put on. It will be red like the graphics, it is shown with a black seat cover now, no seat underneath it in the picture though. It has a lighting coil and lights on the front so I can do some night riding at Farmingdale if I want, that should be interesting. I will have to take it for a test flight in the next couple of days, I will keep you posted.

Well I hope there aren't alot of you out there that were expecting me to post on a frequent basis. I have too many other things to accomplish at the moment. I have been working on Project 306. It is a stroker motor for my dirtbike. It is just something that I felt like doing, along with fixing other peoples bikes and parting out cheap bikes that I have come across around here. The trip to Farmingdale over the Labor day weekend was a hit, sorry I forgot to bring a camera and get some footage. We are planning to go out again the first weekend in October, I will try to remember the camera this time. Other than that, I plan on putting my bike on a dyno this week and seeing what it has for HP. Then when my stroker motor is done, I can dyno it again and see what the difference is going to be.

Back out to Farmingdale

Well this weekend is the big trip again out to the grasslands by the Badlands here in South Dakota. Should be a fun time for all. Here is a little video clip from the last excursion.

Too much time on my hands

Well here we are again, the week of the Sturgis rally. As a standard ritual for PowerBrokers, we close for the week and everybody goes their separate directions. I normally take a few days and spend it out west riding dirtbike, but this year is a little different. We decided to paint the house and it was my job to start and get as far as I could on it. Well the shitter of it is, when we were working before Sturgis, it was hot and dry. Now it is cold and rainy almost everyday. Only 2 days of painting so far and don't have more than 1/3 of the house done. Should have gone dirtbiking instead.

Search and Rescue

Ever wanted to know what it would be like to be rescued by the search and rescue team? We found out first hand in the Black Hills a few weeks ago when my mother in law fell and broke and dislocated her ankle on the side of a steep hill. 17 people, 2 rescue trucks, 1 ambulance, and 1 helicopter. Here are the pictures to show it

New to the game of blogging

I started this as a public journal per say, somewhere I could place my thoughts and ideas and possibly turn them into a book someday, making my millions. I know, fat chance of that happening.
